Pulled Oats® tortilla

Pulled Oats® Mexico is the perfect filling for tortillas. Fill the tortillas with pico de gallo and avocado and Pulled Oats® and the fiesta can begin. Viva México!

  • 215 g Pulled Oats® Mexico
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 dl grated cheddar
  • 1 dl coriander
  • 2 dl avocados or 1guacamole
  • (4 tbsp crème fraîche)
  • 1/3 cucumber
Pico de Gallo
  • 1 spring onion with stalks
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 mild chili
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/3 cucumber


  1. Make pico de gallo first. Peel and chop the onions. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber. Combine everything and season with salt, sugar and lime juice. Finish with chopped coriander if desired.
  2. Mix Pulled Oats® and the spice marinade in the packaging. Fry it crispy in a pan in oil. Heat the tortillas.
  3. Assemble the tortillas with Pulled Oats®, cheddar, coriander, avocado slices or guacamole. Finish with pico de gallo and, if desired, crème fraîche.
