If you want to snack on something sweet and filling, but delicious and healthy, try out these Pulled Oats® cookies. They’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

- 120 g Pulled Oats® Nude
- 1 dl peanut butter
- ¾ dl maple syrup
- ½ dl coconut oil
- 1½ dl oat flour
- 30 g chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp salt
- Mix the Pulled Oats into fine crumbs with a food processor.
- Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Keep mixing until smooth.
- Pour the dough in a bowl and add oat flour, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix with a spoon or your hands.
- Shape into about 10 small cookies. Bake in 200°C for about 12 minutes.
