Snack Cookie

If you want to snack something sweet and filling, but delicious and healthy, try out these Pulled Oats® cookies. They’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

  • ½ pack Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 1 dl peanut butter
  • ¾ dl maple syrup
  • ½ dl coconut oil
  • 1½ dl oat flour
  • 30 g chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp salt

  1. Mix the Pulled Oats into fine crumbs with a food processor.
  2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Keep mixing until smooth.
  3. Pour the dough in a bowl and add oat flour, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix with a spoon or your hands.
  4. Shape into about 10 small cookies. Bake in 200°C for about 12 minutes.
