Spinach Waffles are delicious! They’re suitable for every meal of the day – even a snack. These green waffles bring change and new flavour to the traditional version.
- 1 pack Pulled Oats® Nude
- 3 dl baby spinach
- 3 dl oat milk
- 2½ dl spelt flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (+ 6 tbsp water)
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
You can eat the waffles as such or serve them with avocado, cucumber, and coconut yoghurt. Season with lemon and herbs!

- Mix chia seeds and water in a separate bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients with a food processor or a blender until smooth.
- Heat up the waffle iron and put half a teaspoon of coconut oil on it before frying. When the iron is hot, pour a little less than a decilitre of batter. Cook the waffles a bit longer than usual to make them crispy on the outside and to cook them through.
