Stirfry with rice and Delioats

Delikaura wokki

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Delioats Chili-Ginger
  • 60 ml soya sauce
  • 30 ml Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sirracha
  • 30 ml oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 100 g radishes, cut
  • 100 g sugar snaps
  • 100 g baby corn
  • 2 pak choi chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbs ginger chopped
  • 400 g brown rice
  • 3 tbs spring onion chopped
  • 1 handfull corriander, chopped
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to directions.
  2. In a frying pan heat oil and add garlic and ginger and let brown for 1 min.
  3. Add all vegetables into the pan and fry for 2-3 min.
  4. Add Delioats, sweet chilli sauce, sirracha and soya sauce and fry for 1 min.
  5. Add cooked rice and sesame seeds. Fry for 2-3 min.
  6. Serve with fresh coriander and spring onions.
