Ingredients

  • 0,020 kg oil
  • 0,500 kg Santa Maria Taco Spice Mix
  • 0,200 kg Gold&Green® Granule
  • 0,400 kg Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1,000 kg Santa Maria Chunky Salsa
In addition
  • 2,500 kg puff pastry dough, ready
Garnish
  • 0,400 kg Egg​
Sauce
  • 0,400 kg Food yoghurt ​
  • 0,400 kg Cream​
  • 0,060 kg Santa Maria Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  1. Roast the onions in oil. Add all the other ingredients, bring to heat and let cool down.
  2. Cut the dough into 48 pieces and fill the pieces with the mass. Press the edges together and form into the shape.
Sauce:
  1. Mix all the ingredients and whisk until foamy.
