Tex Mex Lasagne
- 0,300 kg Gold&Green® Protein Flake
- 1,000 kg diced onion (frozen)
- 2,500 kg Santa Maria SalsaSauce Rio Grande
- 0,005 kg Santa Maria Basil
- 0,500 kg lasagne sheets
- 1,250 kg Santa Maria Cheddar sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together cold.
- Pour1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the Gn-dish, and assemble lasagne sheets on top of it.
- Add an other 1/3 of the sauce and half of the cheddar sauce.
- Cover with lasagne sheets. Pour the rest of the sauce and add the last lasagne sheets.
- Garnish with the Cheddar sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 150°C for 45 minutes (humidity 20%)
- Let the lasagne rest uncovered before serving.
