Tex Mex Lasagne

1 1/1-65 GN tray


  • 0,300 kg Gold&Green® Protein Flake
  • 1,000 kg diced onion (frozen)
  • 2,500 kg Santa Maria SalsaSauce Rio Grande
  • 0,005 kg Santa Maria Basil
In addition
  • 0,500 kg lasagne sheets
  • 1,250 kg Santa Maria Cheddar sauce


  1. Mix all the ingredients together cold.
  2. Pour1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the Gn-dish, and assemble lasagne sheets on top of it.
  3. Add an other 1/3 of the sauce and half of the cheddar sauce.
  4. Cover with lasagne sheets. Pour the rest of the sauce and add the last lasagne sheets.
  5. Garnish with the Cheddar sauce.
  6. Bake in the oven at 150°C for 45 minutes (humidity 20%)
  7. Let the lasagne rest uncovered before serving.
