Tex Mex Pie

Ingredients

Filling
  • 0,250 kg diced onion (frozen)
  • 0,250 kg diced paprika (frozen)
  • 0,020 kg Santa Maria Taco Spice Mix
  • 0,080 kg Gold&Green® Protein Flake
Sauce
  • 0,500 kg Santa Maria Cheddar sauce
  • 0,500 kg cooking cream
  • 0,150 kg egg / egg mass
Topping
  • 0,100 g Santa Maria Sliced Green Jalapeno
  • 0,050 kg Santa Maria Nachos, crumbled
  • 0,100 kg grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Roll the dough into a pie pan, 30 cm diameter
Filling
  1. Quickly roast the vegetables, add the spices and Protein Granules. Let the filling cool down.
Mix all the ingredients.
  1. Spread the filling into a pie pan and pour the sauce on top.
  2. Garnish with sliced jalapenos, nachos and grated cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for ca. 30 minutes or until the dough is ready and the filling is solid.
