Refreshing, crunchy and simple to make, this thai salad is ready in less than 15 minutes!

  • 240 g of Pulled Oats® Nude
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 ml light soy sauce
  • 100 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • Lime juice and zest
  • chili
  • Roasted sesame seeds
  • Peanuts or cashew nuts
  • Basmati rice


  1. Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, celery and spring onion into thin strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes into four parts.
  2. Combine all the dressing ingredients together. Adjust to taste with any of the ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir. Refrigerate and let the flavours blend before serving.
  3. Fry Pulled Oats® in oil in a pan for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Let the Pulled Oats® cool before adding to the salad.
  4. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Serve the salad with basmati rice and garnish with sesame seeds and nuts.
