Tomato Quiche with Delioats

Ingredients

  • 125 g Delioats BBQ
  • 60 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g spinach
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 tbs tomato and basil spice mix
  • 1 pie base
  • 50 g cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 175 C.
  2. Spread pie base into the pie casserole.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the rest of ingredients well.
  4. Pour into base and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked all the way through
