Vegan Granny’s Pan Fried Patties & Mashed Potatoes

Vegan Granny’s Pan Fried Patties & Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Pan Fried Patties
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 300 g sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g chanterelles
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • butter
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes and sweet potatoes well done and mash them. Mix in plenty of butter to your taste. Season with salt and pepper. Shred in chives and mix well.
  2. Chop onions and garlic. Warm up a frying pan. Add plenty of butter and let it melt. Add onions, thyme, and sugar and let caramelize for 1 – 2 minutes. Add chanterelles and season with salt and pepper. Keep cooking for 1 – 2 minutes.
  3. Warm up the Pulled Oats Pan Fried Patties on a frying pan.
