Vegan Granny’s Pan Fried Patties & Mashed Potatoes
This legend has arrived to the 21st century. Caramelized onions and fresh chanterelles crown the dish.
- 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Pan Fried Patties
- 300 g potatoes
- 300 g sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 onion
- 300 g chanterelles
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp sugar
- black pepper
- Cook potatoes and sweet potatoes well done and mash them. Mix in plenty of butter to your taste. Season with salt and pepper. Shred in chives and mix well.
- Chop onions and garlic. Warm up a frying pan. Add plenty of butter and let it melt. Add onions, thyme, and sugar and let caramelize for 1 – 2 minutes. Add chanterelles and season with salt and pepper. Keep cooking for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Warm up the Pulled Oats Pan Fried Patties on a frying pan.
