Warm wok salad
Be creative with salads! It doesn’t always have to contain lettuce, and it can also be warm, like this wok salad with Pulled Oats®.

Ingredients
- 240 g of Pulled Oats® Nude
- 2–3 cm fresh ginger
- ½ napa cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- handful of kale
- ½ chili
- Handful of cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- Salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the napa cabbage, kale, bell pepper, ginger and chili. Put them together with the Pulled Oats®, cashew nuts and sesame seeds into a wok.
- Fry lightly in oil long enough for the vegetables to become warm.
- Grind some black pepper and salt on top.
