Instructions
- Chop the onions. Sauté in oil with garlic, carrots and celery stalks.
- Season with bay leaves, oregano and basil.
- Mix in the Pulled Oats®, tomato paste, sugar and vegetable stock cubes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and split cherry tomatoes.
- Cook spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- Serve with spaghetti, parmesan and fresh basil.
