  • 175 g of Pulled Oats® Natural
  • 40 g butter for frying
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • ½ tsp whole allspice
  • 500 g mashed potatoes
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp lingonberry jam or
  • 3 tbsp crushed lingonberries
  • 3 tbsp smetana


  1. Make mashed potatoes using your own favourite recipe.
  2. Heat the vegetable stock.
  3. Add the butter or oil to a pan and heat over a medium heat. Add Pulled Oats® and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the boiling vegetable stock and the whole allspice.
  4. Serve Pulled Oats® stew over the mashed potatoes. Garnish with pickles, lingonberries and smetana.
