Pulled Oats® Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1,5 kg Pulled Oats® Tomato or Nude
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 kg chopped onions
- 200 g celery stalk
- 30 g oregano
- 30 g basil
- 8 bay leaves
- 75 ml balsamic vinegar
- 12 cloves of garlic
- 350 g tomato paste
- 100 g sugar
- 3 kg vegetable stock cubes
- 300 g carrots
- 2,5 kg crushed tomatoes
- 1 kg cherry tomatoes
- 2,5 kg spaghetti
- 500 g grated parmesan
- fresh basil
Instructions
- Chop the onions. Sauté in oil with garlic, carrots and celery stalks. Season with bay leaves, oregano and basil.
- Mix in the Pulled Oats®, tomato paste, sugar and vegetable stock cubes. Add crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and split cherry tomatoes.
- Cook spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- Serve with spaghetti, parmesan and fresh basil.
