VEGAN GRANNY’S NO-MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 175 g of Pulled Oats® Natural
  • 100 g crispy fried onions
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ⅓ tsp black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, onion, spices, water and cream in a bowl. Leave to swell for 5 minutes. Cut Pulled Oats® into smaller pieces. Stir Pulled Oats® and eggs into the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. With oiled hands, roll the mixture into about 12-15 small balls (or bigger if you want). Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted roots or pasta.

P.S. These no-meatballs are a great savoury cold snack too.
