Warm Wok Salad

Ingredients

  • 175 g of Pulled Oats® Natural
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 1/2 head napa cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 handful of kale
  • ½ chili
  • 1 handful of cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the napa cabbage, kale, bell pepper, ginger and chili. Put them together with the Pulled Oats®, cashew nuts and sesame seeds into a wok.
  2. Fry lightly in oil long enough for the vegetables to become warm.
  3. Grind some black pepper and salt on top.
